Leantzis Survives a Flip

Christos Leantzis raised to 5,500 in the cutoff as action went on Piotr Wiecek in the big blind, who asked Leantzis how much he had remaining before moving all in. Leantzis called for his last 93,500.

Leantzis stood up and leaned over the table filming the action with his phone, but he didn't take long to take the lead as the flop brought 5KA giving him top two pair.

The board ran out 22 and Wiecek was forced to hand over most of his stack.

Seire, Herold Win on the Turn

Steve O'Dwyer raised to 6,000 in the hijack and only Casimir Seire called from the cutoff.

The flop came Q76 and O'Dwyer continued for 10,000. Seire called to the A turn, where O'Dwyer slowed down and checked. Seire then fired out 25,000 and O'Dwyer quickly sent his cards into the muck.

At another table, Alessio Isaia had opened to 6,000 in middle position and was called by Jose Gonzalez on the button before Kai Herold three-bet to 16,000 in the small blind.

Both Isaia and Gonzalez called to the 85A flop, where Herold bet another 10,000. Only Gonzalez called as the 6 fell on the turn.

Herold then fired out another 25,000 and Gonzalez snap-folded.

Niederreiter Chips Back Up with a Set

Pascal Vos, Bart Lybaert, and Fabian Niederreiter were three-ways to a turn on 67KA. With 30,000 chips in the middle, Vos checked from the big blind and Lybaert followed suit in the cutoff. Niederreiter then fired a big bet of 28,000 chips, and only Lybaert made a call to see the 8 river.

Lybaert checked again and Niederreiter took a while before ultimately checking it back. Lybaert showed A2 for a pair of aces with no kicker, but Niederreiter had that beat with his 77 for a set of sevens, winning the pot.
