The following hand, Jose Gonzalez Sanchez looked down at A♥A♣ from under the gun and made it 300,000. Kuznetsov called with 9♠9♣ from the small blind.

The 8♦5♥3♥ flop saw Kuznetsov check-call for 250,000, which brought in the 7♠ turn. Action checked through the 6♣ river, giving Kuznetsov a straight. He then led out for 1,200,000 into a pot of 1,400,000. Sanchez used three of his time banks and called only to see the bad news.
