Zhou Dwindles to Less than a Million

Former big stack Quan Zhou raised to 50,000 from under the gun and it folded all the way to big blind Sam Grafton, who elected to call. On the subsequent 7♠Q♦6♦ flop, Grafton checked and Zhou made a bet of 35,000. Grafton pondered his options for a bit but made the call.

The 2♥ turn then graced the felt and Grafton checked again. Zhou put 80,000 additional chips in the pot before Grafton made another call. On the Q♠ river. Zhou upped the ante to 215,000 after a third check from Grafton.

The PokerStars Ambassador quickly put in the required chips and Zhou showed 9♠9♦ for two pair, queens and nines. However, Grafton had comfortably rivered trips with Q♣10♥ and raked in the sizable pot.

Delgado Extends Big Chip Lead

Vicente Delgado opened the action with a minimum raise to 50,000 from early position. Juan Pardo sat in the big blind and was the only one to make the call.

The dealer dealt Q♣9♥K♦ as the flop and Pardo check-called an 80,000 continuation-bet from Delgado. On the 10♣ turn, Delgado bet 90,000 chips and Pardo once again check-called.

The 3♣ river then fell and Pardo checked once more, leading Delgado to make a sizable bet of 250,000. Pardo went deep into the tank and spent multiple time bank cards before ultimately putting in the call.

Delgado showed down Q♥J♦ for a straight and Pardo swiftly mucked his holding.

Pardo Doubles Through Mulder

Juan Pardo raised to 55,000 from early position and the action folded toTeun Mulder in the big blind, who made the call. The flop fanned out 5♠J♠10♦ and Pardo continued for 35,000 chips after a check from Mulder. Mulder then called before the 9♥ turn was put on the felt.

Mulder checked again and Pardo put out a bet of 130,000. In response, Mulder shoved all in, covering the 380,000 chips Pardo had in total. Pardo sighed but quickly made the call.

Delgado Reclaims Chip Lead

Both players checked the 8♦ turn leading to the 9♦ river. Delgado bet 675,000, sending Zhou deep into the tank.

Zhou used three time extensions to consider his options before making the call.

Delgado tabled J♦10♣ for a queen-high straight and Zhou's hand hit the muck.
