Leon Sturm had opened from the cutoff only for Paulius Plausinaitis to three-bet to 30,000 from the button. Sturm put in a four-bet to 100,000 and Plausinaitis made the call.
The flop came A♠Q♥J♠. Sturm fired a continuation bet of 30,000 and Plausinaitis raised to 90,000. Sturm used one time extension before deciding to fold.
Maher Nouira checked from the cutoff to Jules Dickerson in the big blind on a flop of 4♣5♥K♥. A whopping 75,000 chips were already in the middle and Dickerson added another 15,000 to that with a bet. Nouira did not deem that enough, however, as he elected to put in a raise to 45,000, which Dickerson subsequently called.
Nouira then bet another 40,000 on the K♦ turn, receiving another call from Dickerson, before shoving all in for 167,000 on the 5♣ river.
Dickerson threw in a bunch of time bank extensions while thinking the hand over, but ultimately folded after spending a few of them, granting the pot to his opponent.
On a completed board of 6♣3♠Q♠5♣3♥, Artur Martirosian checked from the cutoff to Vicente Delgado on the button. Delgado then went all in for 230,000 chips, roughly the size of the pot.
Martirosian pondered for a while but eventually made the call. Delgado showed K♠K♥ and his overpair was enough to beat the Q♦J♣ of Martirosian, doubling him up in the process.
With two players seeing a final board of 6♠3♣5♦3♥K♦ and slightly over 200,000 in the middle, Joao Vieira checked in the small blind and Mikalai Vaskaboinikau bet 100,000 from the big blind, sending Vieira deep into the tank.
Vieira used all seven of his remaining time banks to consider the decision before ultimately flicking in the call.
Vaskaboinikau tabled Q♠3♠ for trip threes and Vieira was forced to muck.

On a board of A♣3♣3♦5♣, Juan Pardo checked from the big blind to Vicente Delgado in the cutoff. Delgado then bet 25,000 into a pot of 35,000 and Pardo raised to 72,000.
Delgado made the call and the 6♥ river completed the board. Both players took a while before checking it down. Pardo revealed K♣6♠ for a rivered pair of sixes, but it was no good against the Q♥3♥ of Delgado, who had flopped trips.
Paulius Plausinaitis and Fransisco Benitez had gathered 80,000 chips in the middle before the flop was dealt. Plausinaitis was sitting in the small blind and put in an additional 30,000 chips on the flop of 10♦6♠10♥, which Benitez called from the big blind.
The 9♠ turn saw Plausinaitis slow down with a check and Benitez took the initiative by betting 40,000 chips. Plausinaitis made the call and the J♣ river completed the board.
Another check followed from Plausinaitis and Benitez put forth 170,000 chips, leaving himself only 2,000 behind. Plausinaitis quickly called but mucked his cards when Benitez tabled K♠Q♠ for the rivered straight.
With two players seeing a final board of 7♦3♦10♥3♥2♠ and roughly 190,000 in the middle, Artur Martirosian checked in the hijack and Steve O'Dwyer bet 120,000 from the button, sending Martirosian briefly into the tank.
Martirosian used one time extension before making the call. O'Dwyer had J♠9♠ for a stone bluff while Martirosian tabled A♥9♥ to take the pot down despite not having connected with the board.
Adrian Mateos raised to 9,000 from the hijack and faced a three-bet to 27,000 from Sam Grafton on the button. Mateos complied with a call and a flop of 6♠J♠6♣ was fanned out.
Mateos checked to Grafton and the latter bet out 21,000. Mateos made the call and did again when Grafton upped the ante to 52,000 on the 4♦ turn.
Mateos checked for a third time on the 10♣ river and Grafton reluctantly followed suit after using a time bank extension. Mateos tabled 7♠7♥ and his pocket pair won him this sizable pot.
