Odani Out-Kicks Baumann in the Blinds
Niveau 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
The action folded around to Takumi Odani in the small blind who made it 3,000 to go. Gaelle Baumann called from the big blind and the dealer spread the flop of K♦10♥2♣.
Odani continued with a bet of 2,700 and Baumann called to see the A♣ on the turn. Both players checked and the 4♥ completed the board. Two more checks and Odani tabled K♣9♦ for a pair of kings. Baumann had the same pair with K♠7♦ but her seven-kicker wasn't enough.
