Tomovic Triples Up With Trips
Niveau 20
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Aleksandar Tomovic moved all in with a short stack from middle position and was called by Mario Navarro Arrocha in late position and Jamie Nixon in the big blind.
The flop came K♠7♦3♥. Nixon checked and Arrocha bet 20,000, which Nixon called.
The turn was the 3♦ and both players checked. On a river of K♥, both players checked again to showdown. Arrocha showed A♠8♥ and Nixon showed J♥7♣ for a pair of sevens to win the side pot.
Tomovic showed K♦J♠. He'd made a pair of kings on the flop and trip kings on the river to triple up.
