Rouxel Joins the Chip Millionaires

Niveau 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Following a raise by table big stack Julien Rouxel in the hijack, Mounir Tajiou moved all-in for around 120,000 on the button and was quickly called by the Frenchman.

Mounir Tajiou: {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Julien Rouxel: {j-Spades}{10-Spades}

"Long way to go," Tajiou said with a dry smile after Rouxel hit a flush on the {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Spades} flop. The {7-Clubs} turn brought some unlikely outs but the {q-Clubs} river brought no miracle escape.

"What Did I Have?" Flopped Quads For Mhiri

Niveau 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

The river came the {k-Spades} and Mhiri shoved all in for 225,000. Papazian thought for a long time before the dealer called time. He eventually folded.

"What did I have?", said Mhiri, before revealing his hand, {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for flopped quads.

Tajiou Busts Wakil; Doubles Mokrani

Niveau 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Mohamed Mokrani
Mohamed Mokrani

Jamil Wakil nursed the last few big blinds for a couple of minutes before they went into the middle against Mounir Tajiou.

Jamil Wakil: {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Mounir Tajiou: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

The {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} flop instantly left Wakil drawing dead, which made the {7-Clubs} turn and {9-Spades} river a formality.

Soon after on the same table, Tajiou raised, Mohamed Mokrani three-bet and then called the four-bet shove for the 185,000 he had behind.

Mohamed Mokrani: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}
Mounir Tajiou: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}

The aces prevailed thanks to the {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} board and Tajiou had to fork over a big portion of his stack.

"No ace king one time?" Tajiou inquired and Mokrani replied "ace-king I just call".

Darko Svesko
Darko Svesko

Brazil's Carlos Ribeiro flipped with {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} against the {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts} of Jamil Wakil and found the required help on a board of {a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. That showdown left Wakil with a few big blinds only right before the blinds moved up.

The next all-in showdown followed moments later when El Mostafa Ederoua was all-in versus Darko Svesko in the following contest.

El Mostafa Ederoua: {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}
Darko Svesko: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Neither player connected with the {8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} board and ace-king high took it down.

Paulo Villena: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
