Antony Marchetti was all preflop versus Idir Haiche. Players flipped their cards and Haiche was the player at risk.

The board ran out . It was a classic coin flip situation and Haiche was on the right side of it, holding up on the flop and turn before Marchetti hit his pair of kings on the river.
Haiche busted out in 35th place for €6,750. Marchetti, meanwhile, brought his chip stack up to over 1.4 million.
Mehdi Rebsai was all-in for 250,000 with the and Sari Maalouf looked him up with an inferior pocket pair in .
The board was a sweat with the additional gutshot but Rebsai stayed ahead.
Chakib Mhiri then pushed all-in for 245,000 from one table over and it folded all the way to Sandro Pitzanti in the big blind, who had a near identical stack.

The flop and turn provided no help but Mhiri spiked the on the river. Pitzanti's stack was counted and the 225,000 were covered by a mere half a big blind.
Jon Kyte had locked up a double-up to get back into contention and was then involved in a heads-up pot with Brazil's Saint Yves Braulio Bianchetti. The latter bet the flop for 150,000 only for Kyte to move all-in for 500,000 and force a fold.
Chakib Mhiri was all in preflop from the hijack and Luis Celso was all in on the button. Mhiri had slightly more chips and so Celso was at risk. The hands were flipped.

Celso hit to get ahead and held up to the river to gain a double up. Mhiri thought he was busted, but it turns out he still has 35,000 chips to play with, which is now less than one big blind.
Luis Machado raised to 80,000 from the cutoff, Michael Ferrer called on the hijack, and Georgios Vrakas jammed all in from the big blind for around 260,000. Machado iso shoved for 670,000 and Ferrer was forced out of the pot. Two players showed their hands, with Vrakas at risk.

Mark Buckley came along when Jeremie Zouari raised and the flop brought another bet by Zouari for 145,000, Buckley called. After the turn, both checked and the fell on the river. Zouari now checked again and Buckley bet 350,000 to force a fold.
In very rapid fashion, the field was brought down to the final three tables and the last 24 contenders are now redrawing to their new seat assignments. Below is what unfolded in a flurry.
