Millionaires Go to War

Niveau 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Luigi D'Alterio raised to 30,000 from middle position and the action folded to Jerome Rufenacht in the big blind, who made it 80,000 to go. D'Alterio obliged with a call and the pair saw a flop of 296, which they both checked.

Rufenacht then bet 60,000 on the 3 turn, which D'Alterio called, before the 10 river was knuckled down again.

Rufenacht showed QQ for the winning pair and raked in the pot.

Kolarik Hits a Flush to Double

Niveau 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Enrique Rodriguez Cabanillas raised to 80,000 from the small blind, and Tomas Kolarik called from the big blind. Rodriguez Cabanillas was under the presumption that he had raised enough to put Kolarik all-in, and was about to turn his cards over. However, he was stopped by the dealer as Kolarik still had 38,000 chips behind.

Those chips then went in on the J104 flop, after which the players showed down.

Tomas Kolarik: A8
Enrique Rodriguez Cabanillas: A10

The J turn saw Kolarik hit his flush draw, and Rodriguez Cabanillas did not improve to a full house on the 6 river. Kolarik doubled up and ended up with almost the same stack as his opponent.
