Kim Hits Trips on the River
Niveau 34
: Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Gab Yong Kim limped in from the small blind and Andrej Tekel checked it back to see a flop.
It came 9♣8♣5♣ and both players checked it through.
A 2♦ landed on the turn, and Kim led out for 300,000. Tekel called and it went to the river.
The 8♠ completed the board, with Kim firing out 975,000. Tekel made the call and mucked his hand, seeing his opponent table J♠8♥ to take a sizeable pot.
