Jorgne Over-Bet Jams

Niveau 19 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

The pot stood at 48,000 with two players looking at a flop 349.

Vecino Goes Bounty Hunting

Niveau 19 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Jan-Eric Schwippert shoved all in for 42,000 from the hijack. Action folded to Juan Carlos Vecino who called Schwippert's shove.

Jan-Eric Schwippert: K9
Juan Carlos Vecino: 108

The 995 flop gave Schwippert trip nines and left Vecino drawing almost dead. The turn 5 meant Schwippert remained in the tournament. The river was an inconsequential 3.

EPT 2024

PokerStars has unveiled the full schedule for the 2024 European Poker Tour (EPT) season, which shows five destinations, including a return to EPT Paris and EPT Cyprus. Both Paris and Cyprus made their EPT debut in 2023, and they return for 2024, much to the delight of the players.

EPT Paris is the first stop of the 2024 European Poker Tour season. It takes place between February 14-25 at a new venue. The stunning Le Palais des Congres has a 120-table capacity, meaning there will be a more extensive schedule for the festival. Cedric Billot, Associate Director for Live Events and Operations, believes the new-look EPT Paris could be one of the largest EPT festivals on record.

Sekler Shows Top Pair

Niveau 18 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

With about 50,000 in the middle, the flop read A107, and Florin Bilan checked to Nikola Sekler who fired a bet of 15,000. Bilan took a few moments before raising to 48,000. Sekler called.

The 9 fell on the turn, and Bilan slowed down with a check. Sekler bet 80,000, which was enough for BIlan to surrender the pot.

Sekler tabled AJ, letting Bilan know it was a good fold.
