Kyte Gets a Bunch Back From Rodin

Grigorii Rodin raised to 60,000 in early position, Jon Kyte three-bet to 250,000 in the big blind, and Rodin called as the two clashed in yet another pot.
The flop was 2♣Q♥8♠ and Kyte bet 175,000. Rodin called and the 5♣ fell on the turn. Kyte then bet 435,000 and Rodin again called.
The J♥ fell on the river and Kyte slid forward a tower of chips totaling around 1,400,000, leaving himself only around 200,000 behind. Rodin quickly folded as Kyte took the pot heading into dinner break.
"If I check do you go all in?" Kyte asked him as they prepared to leave the table.
"No," Rodin replied.
"Ah, pocket tens then," Kyte added.
