Gascoigne Takes a Six-Way Pot

Niveau 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

"Six players" announced the dealer when he fanned a flop of 10K9. But even if almost all the players around the table were involved in the pot, everybody checked the flop to find the A on the turn.

The blinds, the under the gun player and another one in middle position checked again, so Jacob Amsellem in the cutoff decided to bet 16,000. Atanas Kodinov called from the button, but Ian Gascoigne immediately raised all-in for approximately 75,000 from the small blind.

Everybody folded to Amsellem, who folded too. Kodinov then went into the tank, but eventually sent his cards into the muck as well, so Gascoigne won this one and almost doubled up.

Tishkevich Takes Out Winsor

Niveau 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Action was picked up on the board of 9AQ6.

Benjamin Winsor led out for 8,000 from early position and Stanislav Tishkevich in the cutoff called.

After the dealer flipped the 6 river, Winsor tanked briefly before announcing all in for 18,000.

This put Tishkevich into the tank for a good minute, and he continued to glance back and forth between the player and the board.

Another minute passed and Tishkevich said: "a donation" before making the call.

Winsor tabled KQ for two pair and Tishkevich showed AJ for top two pair, eliminating Winsor from the tournament.
