Rizzi Building a Monster Stack
Niveau 7
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
With two players seeing a board of 5♠3♥10♦2♥ and roughly 18,000 in the middle, Tomas Bonilla shoved for just over 20,000 from the small blind and was quickly called by Loris Rizzi in middle position who held a covering stack.
Tomas Bonilla: A♠K♥
Loris Rizzi: A♥10♥
Bonilla could only catch a king to extend his tournament life and found no help on the 9♣ river resulting in his elimination. Rizzi took the pot, bringing his stack to nearly 200,000.
