With a completed board of J♦3♣6♠3♥A♣ already on the table and a pot of about 24,000, Borja Martinez was in the tank as he faced a bet of 8,000 from Alan Mustafa.
After a couple of minutes, he dropped a chip across the line to see the good news as Mustafa rolled K♠10♥ for a bluff, seeing that his pocket nines were good, tabling 9♦9♣.
Juan Diego Rodriguez raised to 3,500 from early position. Domenico Paparo called him in the cutoff and Liutauras Armanavicius called out of the small blind. Manuel De Sousa then three-bet to 14,500 from the big blind. After some thought, Rodriguez four-bet-shoved for roughly 68,000. Paparo and Armanavicius folded, but De Sousa made the call.
Juan Diego Rodriguez: Q♠Q♦
Manuel De Sousa: K♠K♦
The flop of Q♥10♦J♠ catapulted Rodriguez into the lead with a set of queens. However, the K♣ came on the turn to give De Sousa a higher set and take back the lead. The 5♣ on the river cemented Rodriguez's elimination from the tournament.
Joel Casanovas opened to 3,000 from under the gun and was called by Nicolas Fierro in the big blind for a heads-up pot.
Fierro checked to Casanovas, who continued for 3,500 on the A♠4♣10♣ flop. Fierro responded with a check-raise to 9,000 and Casanovas thought it over before making it 25,000 to go.
Undeterred, Fierro quickly shoved for approximately 60,000 total and Casanovas laid his hand down to send the pot Fierro's way.
With around 47,000 in the pot on a board of 9♣9♦2♦6♦, Jason Rocha bet 16,000 from the big blind and was met by a shove all in for roughly 52,000 from Jose Manuel Nadal, who started the hand in early position. After a lot of thought, Rocha opted to fold his hand and forfeit the pot to Nadal.

The 10♥6♣3♥ flop was already on the felt and Jose Alberto Rodriguez fired 5,500 across the line into the pot of about 17,000. Mikael Darwich shoved for 21,500, and Rodriguez tank-called.
Mikael Darwich: 3♣3♠
Jose Alberto Rodriguez: A♠J♦
Darwich flopped a set of treys and the K♥ turn and 4♣ river were safe as he raked in the double-up.
