Aneris Adomkevicius and Vladas Tamasauskas were heads up on a flop of 2♣7♣3♣ with a bloated pot already in the middle.

Adomkevicius checked to Tamasauskas, who bet 10,000. Adomkevicius then shoved for 70,500 total and Tamasauskas called after tanking for a a bit.

Adomkevicius held the lead, but would need to fade a lot of outs to double up.

The A♠ turn vaulted Tamasauskas into the lead with a pair of aces and left Adomkevicius drawing to two outs.

The Q♠ river wasn't one of them and Adomkevicius was eliminated.
