Watson Good at Showdown

Jorryt Van Hoof opened to 10,000 in the cutoff and was called by Slade Fisher on the button, and Mike Watson and Theo Jorgensen in the blinds.

The A♠6♠5♠ flop was checked through. On the Q♦ turn action was checked to Fisher, who put out a bet of 16,000. Only Watson called.

The 3♦ river was checked. Watson showed J♣8♣9♠2♠ for the nine-high spade flush, and Fisher mucked.
