Coles Runs Into Aces
Niveau 15
: 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Jean Coles shoved for 35,000 from middle position and was only called by Christophe Pommier in the seat to his direct left.
Jean Coles:A♥Q♠
Christophe Pommier :A♠A♦
The flop of 4♥K♥8♣ meant that only running cards could help Coles crack Pommier's aces. It didn't happen though as the rest of the board ran out 2♦2♣ and Pommier's pocket aces ended Coles' tournament.
