Ladev Left Critically Short
Niveau 23
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Byron Kaverman limped in from the button and Markkos Ladev checked his option in the big blind. Ladev then checked to Kaverman on the 5♠K♥10♥ flop, after which the latter placed the minimum bet of 100,000.
Laev called to see the 6♣ turn, which got checked through. On the 8♦ river, Ladev made an over-bet of 600,000, more than half his stack. However, when Kaverman put in the rest, he quickly folded and was left with just five big blinds.
