Thorel Finds the River

Niveau 6 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Jean-Noel Thorel raised the cutoff to 6,000 and Mike Watson defended the big blind.

The 4♣J♦9♣ flop was check-called by Watson after Thorel bet 8,000.

The 8♣ was turned and both players checked to the 3♠ river. Watson bet 16,000 and Thorel raised to 32,000, with Watson making the call.

Thorel turned over 3♣3♥ for trips, which he made on the river, and Watson mucked his hand.
