Juan Maceiras was all in for around 15,000 chips from the small blind and was called by both Marin Vasilescu in the big blind and Marc Eicher on the button.
Vasilescu and Eicher checked on the 10♦10♥3♣ flop before Vasilescu bet 5,000 on the 5♣ turn. Eicher called to see the 8♥ river, where Vasilescu bet 8,000. Eicher then put Vasilescu all in for his last 20,000 or so chips and Vasilescu quickly called.
Maceiras tabled K♣Q♠ for king-high, while Vasilescu played 7♠7♣ for a pocket pair. Eicher had rivered the better pair with his A♦8♠, however, and he scored the double knock-out.
"Thank you," Eicher told Vasilescu as the latter took his leave, leading to laughter from the table.
