Li Spikes Turn to Double via Lin

Niveau 9 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Ren Lin
Ren Lin

Zhendong Li was all in for 57,000 and at risk versus Ren Lin.

Zhendong Li: 88 All in
Ren Lin: QQ

Li was in trouble versus Lin's overpair queens, and Lin improved to top set on the Q42 flop. However Li still had outs to the flush draw, and the A rolled off on the turn to put him in front.

Li just had to avoid the board pairing to take the pot, or a fourth queen, and the K river was a brick, sending him the double-up.

Lin, always in good form at the table, smiled and said "How can I lose with Lady Gaga?!"

Martirosian was in good shape with a pair of nines, with his opponent's holding some of each others' outs, and he had a lock on the hand after the flop came 954, giving him top set of nines, with the Q6 turn and river completing the runout.
