A Fate Worse Than Busting
Niveau 10
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Daan Mulders got his stack of 25,700 in from the button against Stoyan Madanzhiev in the small blind.
Daan Mulders: Q♦Q♣
Stoyan Madanzhiev: 9♥9♦
Mulders flopped a set on the J♥A♣Q♠ flop to increase his lead, and the 7♠ turn left Madanzhiev with no outs remaining. The 10♣ river completed the board as Mulders' stack was counted.
It was determined that Madanzhiev would be left with 4,000 chips after the count.
"That's even worse," Madanzhiev stated half-jokingly.
