Mokri Leads Into Ponakovs
Niveau 20
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Aleksejs Ponakovs raised to 80,000 under the gun and Kayhan Mokri called in the big blind.
Both players checked the J♥4♣3♣ flop and the 10♠ fell on the turn. Mokri then bet 220,000 and Ponakovs called.
The river was the 2♣ and Mokri repeated the bet, making it 220,000 again. Ponakovs paused for a moment but decided to fold this time as Mokri narrowed the gap atop the leaderboard.
