The action was picked up on a board 3♥4♦6♦ in a hand between Markkos Ladev and Kayhan Mokri. Ladev had got his last 60,000 into the middle and Mokri was trying to bust him.
Markkos Ladev: A♦K♦
Kayhan Mokri: 5♥5♠
Ladev had two overcards and a flush draw that he could hit to stay alive. The 7♥ turn improved Mokri to a straight, thus removing some of Ladev's outs. The 6♥ on the river was no help for Ladev, and he was the first player out of the tournament.
With 20,000 in the pot on a board of 10♠K♦8♣10♦8♦, Artur Martirosian bet 30,000 from the big blind into Adrian Mateos. Mateos was seated in the hijack and thought for around a minute before flicking in the call.
Martirosian turned over Jx10x for a full house and Mateos mucked his hand.
Alexander Zubov bet 5,000 from under the gun on a flop of 2♣2♦5♦ with Dennis Schrijvers check-raising to 17,500 from the big blind. Zubov called.
Schrijvers bet 20,000 when the dealer put out the 9♣ turn. Zubov called again.
Schrijvers fired again on the 9♦ river, this time for 35,000. Zubov called and was shown 6♥2♥ by Schrijvers for a boat, deuces full of nines and Schrijvers took down the pot.

Artsiom Lasouski opened to 3,000 from the hijack before Ranno Sootla three-bet to 10,000 on the button. Lasouski called to see a flop.
After Lasouski checked the K♣6♣5♣ flop, Sootla bet 5,000 and was met by a check-raise to 16,000 from Lasouski. Sootla paused briefly before sliding in the call.
Both players checked the A♣ turn for the 7♦ to come on the river. Lasouski checked again and Sootla bet 38,000. Lasouski used up two of his time-bank cards before he reluctantly made the call.
Sootla turned over J♠J♣for the second nuts and took down the pot.
