Eichenseher's Queens Rule the Day, Scooping Up the Pot
Niveau 3
: Blinds 100/300, 300 ante
The pot had grown to about 5,500, with the board displaying 3♥Q♦2♣A♦Q♣. Oleg Eltsov, in early position, checked, giving Tobias Eichenseher the opening he was looking for. Seizing the moment, Eichenseher placed a bet of 4,000, which Eltsov decided to call.
When it was time to reveal their cards, Eichenseher showed Q♠8♠, displaying trips with his queens. With that, he scooped up the pot, adding a nice chunk to his stack.
