Crucial Double-Up for Kraous
Niveau 20
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Ranno Sootla opened to 24,000 in early position and received calls from Adrien Quetelart on the button, and Ivan Zabiiakin and Anton Kraous in the blinds.
On the K♦J♠9♦ flop, action was checked to Sootla, who continued with a bet of 27,000, which only Kraous called.
On the 3♠ turn, Kraous check-jammed for 272,000 over a bet of 95,000 from Sootla. Sootla didn't like it, and burned through all of his remaining three time banks, before making the call.
Anton Kraous: Q♠10♦
Ranno Sootla: A♥K♥
Kraous had Sootla drawing dead, having flopped the king-high nut straight, and the 4♠ river completed the board.
