Ivey Pays Off Watson
Niveau 1
: 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Phil Ivey, in the big blind, bet out 8,000 on the 6♥J♠2♠ flop. Michael Watson, on the button, made the call.
The 10♥ turn saw Ivey commit an additional 20,000 chips into the middle. Watson was undeterred.
The 7♠ river slowed down Ivey, Watson took the lead with a bet of 63,000 and Ivey went deep into the tank.
Toying with calling chips in his hands, Ivey used two time bank chips before making a frustrated call. Watson tabled 10♠9♠ for a rivered flush, prompting Ivey to muck his cards.
