Roman Doubles Up, But Soon Departs
Niveau 4
: Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
Jose Roman opened to 1,000 from the hijack. Action folded around to Paul Runcan who defended the big blind.
He checked the Q♠8♦7♠ flop to Roman, who moved all in for 6,700. Runcan called as the covering stack.
Jose Roman: K♠9♠
Paul Runcan: Q♣7♥
Roman hit his flush draw on the 6♠ turn and held on the 2♣ river to secure a double up. He couldn't spin up his short stack, however, and busted a few hands later.
