McConachie Doubles Through Fernandez

Josh Noy

Niveau 31 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Javier Fernandez opened to 200,000 in early position and made the quick call after David McConachie moved all in for 850,000 on the button.

David McConachie: A♦J♦ All in
Javier Fernandez: Q♥Q♦

Fernandez improved his pocket queens to a set on the Q♣5♦10♦ flop, but McConachie picked up a flush draw.

The A♥ turn left Fernandez in front, but the 2♦ river gave McConachie the double.
