Wakil Wakes Up With It

Niveau 12 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Steve O'Dwyer raised to 12,000 from the cutoff, seeing small blind Daniel Rezaei move all in, covering both O'Dwyer and Jamil Wakil in the big blind.

Wakil thought for some time before making the call, after which O'Dwyer quickly got out of the way to create a heads up showdown.

Jamil Wakil: AK
Daniel Rezaei: Q10

The 5J4J board brought Rezaei additional outs with a flush draw, but the 3 river did not upgrade his hand, doubling up Wakil.

Nikita Kuznetsov raised to 10,000 from early position, after which Sirzat Hissou three-bet to 28,000 from the next seat over. Daisuke Ogita then jammed all in for 92,000 from the hijack, and the action folded back to Hissou.

He asked for a count before committing to a call, and the cards went face-up.

Daisuke Ogita: AQ
Sirzat Hissou: 22

Hissou's twos remained strong on the 3K85 board, and they even made a flush on the 7 river to secure the pot and send Ogita home, joining many others in doing so.

Niveau 11 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Alex Kulev and Jean-Noel Thorel were looking at a completed board of 4AK92, with around 75,000 chips in the middle. Kulev jammed his stack of 36,000 from under the gun and Thorel tossed in a call from the button.
