The Q73 flop gave Manolakis some outs with a pair and a flush draw, but the 2 turn, and 8 river were no help.

Robin Ylitalo opened to 40,000 from the cutoff and was faced with a three-bet to 120,000 by Joao Vieira on the button. Ylitalo called.

On the J2J flop, Ylitalo check-called a bet of 60,000 from his opponent.

The 6 turn was checked through.

On the 7 river, Ylitalo checked and Vieira, after some thought, put out a bet of 340,000. Ylitalo took some time but made the call.

Vieira turned over K10 for king-high, and Ylitalo had AQ for ace-high, sniffing out the bluff.

Early Fireworks as Cooler Kicks off the Day

Niveau 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Vladas Tamasauskas
Vladas Tamasauskas

Vladas Tamasauskas opened to 40,000 from early position, only to be faced with a three-bet from Robin Ylitalo to 125,000 in the cutoff.

Action folded back to Tamasauskas, who pondered his options before announcing a four-bet to 290,000.

Ylitalo wasted little time in announcing he was all-in, and Tamasauskas got his chips in the middle just as quickly, with Tamasauskas at risk.

Vladas Tamasauskas: AA
Robin Ylitalo: AK

In one of the first hands of Day 3, Ylitalo had the misfortune of running ace-king straight into Tamasauskas' aces, with no unlikely escape provided by the Q9975 runout.

Tamasauskas raked in a huge pot to start off the day.
