Rony Halimi Eliminated in 6th Place (€108,670)
Niveau 36
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Henrik Juncker opened to 1,000,000 first-to-act and Rony Halimi shoved for his last 2,500,000 from the small blind. It was folded back to Juncker, who quickly called to put Halimi at risk.
Rony Halimi: A♥K♦
Henrik Juncker: Q♥Q♠
It was a fair fight, but the Q♦2♦6♣ flop gave Juncker an overwhelming lead with a set.
The 3♥ turn sealed the deal and an irrelevant 5♥ completed the board — ending Halimi’s run in sixth place.
