In a three-bet pot to the 10♣6♠6♥ flop, Thomas Saminadin checked in the hijack to Aleksandr Burov on the button. Burov bet 2,600 and Saminadin came along, then checked again the 5♥ on the turn. The second barrel was worth 4,700 and it won the pot instantly.

Abud Gets Some Much-Needed Chips

Laurent Chenet had already opened from under the gun and was called by Sajad Abud in the hijack. Grzegorz Kozieja then squeezed to 2,500 from the cutoff and both Chenet and Abud called.

Action checked through on the 5♦6♥4♦ flop and Laurent checked again on the 3♥ turn. Abud bet 2,500, which got a call from Kozieja and a fold from Laurent.

The 8♠ completed the board and Abud shoved for his last 5,000. Kozieja studied Abud carefully while he tanked and eventually decided to lay his hand down — conceding the pot to Abud.

On a completed board of A♦K♦6♦A♣7♦, Alain Zeitoun in the big blind made it 2,600 to go into a pot of around 6,000. Abderrashman Habhab announced a raise and made it 6,000 to go from the next seat, which was eventually called.

Habhab tabled the A♥6♥ for a full house and took down the pot.

Vrakas Shoves the River

Leon Zeaiter limped from middle position and Nohad Teliani raised to 1,000 from the hijack. Georgios Vrakas then three-bet to 2,600 on the button, which got a fold from Zeaiter and a call from Teliani.

Both players checked on the 9♣10♦A♠ flop and Teliani led out for 2,500 on the 6♥ turn. Vrakas called.

Teliani put 4,500 into the middle on the J♦ river and Vrakas tanked a bit before announcing he was all in, which was enough to put Teliani all in for her last 10,000.

Teliani thought better of it and let her hand go — awarding the pot to Vrakas.

It remains unclear when the chips went in but Uwe Ritter was left with the head shaking as he exited the tournament area. The cards were still showing as Ritter's J♥2♥ had flopped a flush draw. However, there was no further heart on the Q♦9♥4♥9♦7♣ runout and that kept the A♥A♣ of Ran Shahar ahead.
