Gutierrez Goes for an Early Dinner
Niveau 10
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Nikita Kuznetsov raised to 8,000 from the cutoff and received calls from Sam Greenwood on the button and Elias Gutierrez in the big blind.
The flop fell K♣4♦2♣ and the action checked to Greenwood, who made a small bet of 7,000 chips. Gutierrez then jammed for 36,500 chips and Kuznetsov tossed in a calling chip.
Greenwood quickly got out of the way and the other two players showed down.
Elias Gutierrez: Q♣7♣
Nikita Kuznetsov: K♥5♥
The 7♠ turn gave Gutierrez some extra hope, but the 5♠ river saw Kuznetsov make two pair to win the pot and send Gutierrez to the exit.
