Santerne Gets Paid on the River
Niveau 16
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Chris Brewer opened from middle position to 60,000. Thomas Santerne called on the button.
The A♠Q♣9♦ flop was checked around as was the 8♦ turn. Brewer then led the 8♥ river for 125,000. Santerne used most of his 30 seconds before reraising to 415,000. Brewer used two time banks before making the call.
Santerne tabled 8♣7♣ for rivered trips. Brewer mucked his hand before saying "you have 78 or you don't have anything."
