Ivanov Doubles Through Manikaros

Niveau 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Emmanouil Asgoudakis opened to 12,000 from under the gun and was three-bet to 35,000 by Iraklis Manikaros in the hijack. Kristiyan Ivanov then shoved for his last 76,000 from the big blind, which got a fold from Asgoudakis and a call from Manikaros to be put at risk.

Iraklis Manikaros: K10

Ivanov found himself in commanding shape with his cowboys, and the A9578 runout provided him with a sweat-free double up.

Krahulik Doubles on the Bubble

Niveau 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Jan Krahulik
Jan Krahulik

Jan Krahulik made it 15,000 to go from the cutoff and Kemal Aslan called on the button. Constantin Olaru then shoved for around 150,000 from the small blind, and Krahulik immediately called his stack of 117,000 off. Aslan had a decision to make with the bigger stack, but after a short time, he elected to fold.

Constantin Olaru: AQ

Krahulik was well ahead with his Cowboys, but there were still five cards to come where anything could happen. However, the only thing that happened was Krahulik doubling up as the 42857 runout kept his pocket kings in the lead.

Eremia Takes Full Advantage of a Freeroll

Niveau 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

On a board of 910K8 with around 60,000 in the middle, Yanis Avanesyan checked from the big blind and Niculae Eremia shoved for 102,000 from under the gun. Avanesyan was in the tank for quite some time trying to figure it out and it would cost him a big chunk of his 150,000-chip stack to do so. After around two minutes, Avanesyan finally called.

Both players had the same hand but Eremia was freerolling with his flush draw. When the A dropped on the river, Eremie punched the air in celebration as his flush earned him a last-gasp double-up.

Niveau 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Paul Minzariu opened to 12,000 first to act and Georgian Ionut Chirieac shoved for a bit under 100,000 from the hijack. Action folded back around to Minzariu, who said "I have some really bad news," as he called to put Chirieac at risk.

Chirieac had run into aces, and the JK83J runout changed nothing to eliminate him a few spots short of the bubble.

Jeda Gets Value From Rohlich

Niveau 16 : Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Heads-up in what appeared to be a three-bet pot, Ron Jeda checked from middle position to Robert Rohlich, who bet 25,000 in late position on a K73 flop. Jeda called.

Both players checked on the 6 turn and then Jeda bet 30,000 after the 4 completed the board.

Rohlich decided to look Jeda up and Jeda tabled K8 for a pair of kings. Rohlich sent his hand into the muck upon seeing it and Jeda added to his stack.
