Tables Turned in Four-Bet Pot After Back and Fourth
In a series of heads-up hands, Teun Mulder won a pot when he check-raised the flop from the big blind and Enrico Camosci folded.
The following hand, Mulder raised 7,500 and Camosci made it 30,000 with a three-bet. Mulder called and action went to the flop, which came 9♥4♥4♠. Camosci continued for 10,000 and Mulder folded.
But the hand that really changed the dynamic was the one that followed. Camosci raised to 7,500 from the button, Mulder three-bet to 30,000, then Camosci four-bet to 70,000. Mulder called and action went to the flop.
The flop came 6♦6♣J♠ and Mulder checked. Camosci made a continuation bet of of 30,000 and Mulder called. Both players then checked it back on the 10♦ turn.
The river was the J♣ and Mulder put out a sizeable bet of 150,000. Camosci went into the tank and used his last time bank card, before slamming in a call with just seconds to spare before he was timed out. Mulder turned over 8♠6♠ for trip sixes and Camosci mucked to give him the pot.
That gave Mulder a chip lead of around 2:1 as the heads-up match continued.
