Enrico Camosci Eliminated in 2nd Place (€180,700); Ilya Nikiforov Eliminated in 3rd Place (€124,200)
Niveau 21
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
In one of the first hands after the break, Ilya Nikiforov moved all in for 660,000, from the button. Enrico Camosci, in the small blind, moved all in for around 1,600,000 and Espen Jorstad, in the big blind, went deep into the tank. Pained by his decision, Jorstad made the call to have both players at risk for the win.
Ilya Nikiforov: J♣10♦
Enrico Camosci: 9♥9♣
Espen Jorstad: A♥10♥
Camosci was in pole position to take the chip lead and eliminate Nikiforov in the process, and the Q♣8♥5♣ flop was no threat. However, the J♠ turn put Nikiforov in front for the triple-up. It was the unlikely A♣ on the river that saw Jorstad take the lead, eliminating both players and laying claim to the trophy.
