Pichierri Busts Ivarsson, Breaches One Million Mark
Niveau 17
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Action was on the turn on a board of 3♠A♠2♦10♥ with around 300,000 already in the pot. Alessandro Pichierri bet 105,000 and Alexander Ivarsson called.
The river came the 9♠ and Pichierri moved all in for 250,000, sending Ivarsson deep into the tank. After getting the count and using a couple of time bank cards, Ivarsson threw in a chip to make the call.
Ivarsson showed A♣Q♥ for a pair of aces, but Pichierri had A♥10♦ for two pair, aces and tens to win the pot, near doubling his stack to over one million and sending Ivarsson to the rail.
