Mouwad Wants to Gamble
Joseph Mouwad opened to 2,000 from middle position and received calls from Christos Leantzis on the button and Erdal Gulseven in the small blind.
The flop came A♣Q♣6♠. Gulseven checked, Mouwad fired a 5,000 continuation bet, Leantzis folded and Gulseven made the call.
On the 7♦ turn Gulseven checked again and Mouwad moved all in for 28,200.
"You want to gamble?" Gulseven asked his opponent.
"Yeah" Mouwad replied.
Shortly afterwards Gulseven flicked in the call with a covering stack to put Mouwad at risk.
Joseph Mouwad: A♥J♥
Erdal Gulseven: 10♣9♣
Mouwad was ahead with top pair but had many outs to fade from Gulseven in the form of a flush draw and gutshot straight draw. The 9♠ river was a brick and Mouwad secured a full double up at Gulseven's expense.
