Ketzer Takes it Away on the Turn

Niveau 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Evagoras Evagorou made it 275,000 out of the small blind and Felipe Ketzer called from the big blind.

They saw the 9QK flop hit the baize and Evagorou continued with a bet of 175,000. Ketzer than raised to 400,000, and Evagorou made the call.

A 5 fell on the turn and after Evagorou checked, Ketzer bet 500,000. It took just a few seconds for Evagorou to fold, and Ketzer was pushed the pot.

"What did you have?" asked Evagorou. "What do you think I had?" replied Ketzer.

Senno Chips Up Without Showdown

Niveau 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Adrian State opened to 200,000 from the button and received calls from Fredrico Senno in the small blind and Vedat Yilmaz in the big blind.

All three players checked the 10QA flop leading to the 7 turn. Senno bet 425,000, Yilmaz folded and State called.

Senno moved all in for roughly 1,500,000 on the Q river and this time it was enough to get a fold from State.

Benjamin Winsor Eliminated in 16th Place ($16,600)

Niveau 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Benjamin Winsor
Benjamin Winsor

Anton Wigg opened from early position to 200,000 and Benjamin Winsor called on the button. Dimitrios Barmpathanasis also came along from the big blind.

The trio saw a flop of 1069 where Barmpathanasis checked and Wigg continued with a bet of 375,000. Winsor then made it 1,300,000, and left himself around 1,000,000 behind. Barmpathanasis quickly folded, and Wigg shoved. Winsor called off his remaining 1,000,000.

Benjamin Winsor: A10 All in
Anton Wigg: JJ

Winsor had flopped top pair but needed to play catch-up as Wigg's overpair was well in the lead. There was no need to even see a river card as the J turn improved Wigg to an unbeatable set, and Winsor watched the meaningless 8 fill out the board.

Blonde Hates the Turn

Niveau 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Fredrico Senno opened from middle position and James Blonde came along from the big blind.

On the 56Q flop, Blonde check-called a bet of 200,000 from Senno.

The A dropped on the turn and after Blonde checked, Senno moved all-in. Blonde immediately put his head in his hands and couldn't believe the spot he had found himself in. After around a minute, he reluctantly folded, but had some words for his opponent.

"Any other turn, and I would call your all-in," Blonde said.

"Did you have five-six? I put you in five-six," said Senno.

Assyl Tleuzhanov
Assyl Tleuzhanov

Assyl Tleuzhanov opened to 160,000 from the hijack and was called by Vedat Yilmaz in the small blind and Andrey Pateychuk in the big blind.

The flop came 1086. Yilmaz led out with a 250,000 bet, Pateychuk called and Tleuzhanov raised to 1,000,000. Yilmaz shoved covering both players and Pateychuk got out of the way. Tleuzhanov, who had a bit more than 3,000,000 behind, made the call for his tournament life.

Assyl Tleuzhanov: 86 All in
Vedat Yilmaz: 108

Both players had two pair but Yilmaz was a huge favorite with top two while Tleuzhanov could only catch one of t wo remianing sixes in the deck to extend his tournament life. The 4 turn and 4 river changed nothing for either player and Tleuzhanov was sent to the rail in brutal fashion while Yilmaz took the pot and the chip lead.

Naji Tannoury: Q10 All in
Adrian State: 88

State was ahead with his pocket eights on the A57 flop and by the 9 turn Tannoury had started to get out of his seat. That changed when the 2 river gave Tannoury a higher flush than State and he secured a full double up.
