Kowal Cruises With A Boat on the River
Niveau 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
On a completed board of 6♠6♥9♣10♦10♣ in a three-way pot, the big blind checked over to the Graydon Kowal who tossed out a bet of 3,000. The cutoff made the call, but with action back on the big blind, he paused briefly before responding with a check-raise to 16,500.
Kowal took a moment before deciding to put in a call which prompted the player in the cutoff to toss their cards toward the muck.
Kowal quickly tabled the 6♣3♣ and found himself to be good as his opponent declared, "I played the board" before mucking his cards face down.
