Laskowitz Calls Ball's Bluff
Niveau 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Scott Ball opened to 500 from under the gun and David Stamm called in the small blind before Samuel Laskowitz three-bet to 3,000 in the big blind. Ball and Stamm both called.
Stamm checked on the flop of 7♥5♦Q♥ and Laskowitz continued for 2,300. Ball called and Stamm folded. Laskowitz sized up to 5,600 on the Q♦ turn and Ball called.
Laskowitz bet 7,400 on the K♣ river and Ball moved all in to put Laskowitz to the test for his starting stack. Laskowitz asked for change for his bet and counted his remaining chips as he sipped his tea and rubbed his face while studying the board. Eventually, he called.
Ball could only table a bluff with J♥10♥ for jack-high and Laskowitz showed K♠10♠ to win the biggest pot so far with a pair of kings.
