Lonis Gets Looked Up by Matrai
Niveau 20
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Andras Matrai opened in middle position to 26,000 and got called by Jesse Lonis in the cutoff before the remaining players folded.
The Q♣2♠4♦ flop landed and Marai continued for 12,000. Lonis called and the Q♠ rolled off on the turn. The action quickly checked through and the 8♠ landed on the river.
Action checked to Lonis again but he opted to bet 42,000. Matrai didn't tank for more than a few seconds before sticking in a call.
Lonis tabled J♣7♣ for a bluff and Matrai tabled A♥9♥ for just ace-high and the win.
