Magnus Gets Some Back
Niveau 20
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Frank Lagodich raised to 25,000 from the small blind and Nadya Magnus called from the big blind.
The flop was 9♦J♦K♣ and Lagodich bet 20,000. Magnus made it 58,000 and Lagodich called to see A♠ on the turn.
Both players checked the turn and the 2♠ river and Magnus turned over K♦J♠ to take the pot with two pair. Lagodich showed J♥8♦ for the losing pair of jacks.
