Seward Picks Up Aces Back to Back
Niveau 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Ehsan Amiri opened the action with a raise to 1,000 from middle position, which was called by Adekunle Olonoh in the hijack, and Mitchell Garshofsky on the button. Then Nicholas Seward three-bet all in for 7,000 from the small. Amiri and Olonoh folded, while Garshofsky made the call to put Seward at risk.
Nicholas Seward: A♦A♣
Mitchell Garshofsky: 6♠6♥
Seward was down to just 700 chips a few hands prior, and just double up the hand before with pocket aces. The board ran out Q♠4♥2♠8♥2♦ and the pocket aces of Seward were still best, to give him another double up and a new life in the tournament.
