Heads-up on a board of A♥8♥2♣5♦, Joshua Remitio bet 7,000 from the small blind and Chance Kornuth called on the button.

The river was the 3♣ and Remitio bet 10,000, enough to put Kornuth all in. Kornuth quickly called for his last 5,500.

Remitio showed J♥9♥ for a missed flush draw and Kornuth turned over 3♦2♦ for two pair to win the pot and double up.

"One of your better hands today. You actually had a pair," tablemate Shuofei Geng joked with Kornuth after the hand.

Both players checked to the 7♥ river, where Naves fired out 8,000. Xiao quickly folded and Naves took the pot to move up to 150,000.
