Honkonen Gets Revenge Against Piderit
Niveau 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Heads-up on a board of 4♥K♥3♥J♠, Caleb Piderit bet 4,500 from middle position and Charles Honkonen raised to 20,000 in the big blind. Piderit then moved all in and Honkonen called for 59,600.
Piderit had A♥9♦ for the nut flush draw, while Honkonen had K♠J♦ for two pair. The river was the 3♣ and Honkonen held on to double up off Piderit, who busted him earlier in the day.
"He's going to note that as my revenge hand," Honkonen said as he took in the pot.
