Ko Makes The Right Call to Double Up
Niveau 12
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Action was picked up on the turn with roughly 33,000 in the pot and the board showing 8♦3♠4♠4♥.
Dongwoo Ko checked to Hassan Tahsildar who bet to put Ko all in for his stack of 24,500, which he quickly called to put himself at risk.
Dongwoo Ko: 9♦3♦
Hassan Tahsildar: 6♠5♦
Ko correctly made the call with his pair of threes, but would need to fade the open ended draw of Tahsildar. The river was K♣ which was a safe one for Ko, to give him the double up with his two pair fours and threes.
